Mobile hairdressers have been labelled unprofessional, cheap and unqualified. The products we use are reflective of our dedication to customers which is nothing less than a 5 star service. All our products are well known, expensive brands which only the top quality salons use. All our staff are trained on an ongoing basis and all have reached NVQ level 4 (the highest you can achieve in a hairdressing qualification). We will not compromise hair condition just to lower our prices and we believe this is reflected in the service we provide.
We have arranged as many payment options as we can, we also provide receipts and invoices and use a Google Calendar to track our staff and our customers.

Appointment information - Hair and Beauty
- If you would like to cancel then please give us 48 hours notice, if notice isn't given you may be charged and all deposits will be lost.
- If you are having your hair cut then please wash your hair 15 mins before your appointment time. Our staff do not wash clients hair due to health and safety.
- If you are having a colour or treatment you will be required to wash your own hair when development time is complete.
- What's included? VAT is inclusive in the prices shown on the website. All prices include all products required for the treatment.
- What will I need? A plug socket, table or side (such as kitchen worktop), an average height chair and of course, bring yourself!
- If you are eligible for a discount (such as those on benefits) then please provide proof at your appointment or the discount won't be applied.
Appointment Information - Weddings
Weddings are a really stressful time, so at Nymeria UK we try and make the whole experience even better for you. All of our staff are regularly trained in the latest styles and products. So you can book, relax and know everything is sorted for you (in regards to hair and makeup ).
- We suggest you try and book 6-12 months before your wedding, over 12 months is ideal. If you aren't within this time frame or you've been let down then we will try and do what we can to fit you in.
- Our first action when you contact us is to get a bit of information about your wedding, once we've done this we will check someone is available.
- Once we've got a spot for you we will send you a quote via email. This will list your total price (with itemised services), any discounts applied and at the bottom of your invoice it will show you how much will need to be paid at each appointment.
- A deposit is required to book, this secures your date and party. The deposit is non-refundable.
- Our staff will stay in regular contact with you before your appointments, if you have any questions at all there will always be someone there to help you.
- You will need good access to light (for makeup), a chair which is normal height, table or worksurface and access to 2 plug sockets.
- Any hair accessories you have should be available at the trial. This is so you are able to view what you'd look like on your wedding day. Please be aware having a trial in standard clothes will give a different result as to on the day. So keep an open mind, try and imagine yourself in your wedding dress.
- Everything is included besides hair accessories.
Booking Information
There are many ways to book, you can book online by filling in our contact form, via phone, text or email. If you call and no one answers then please leave a voicemail or send a text and we will endeavour to call you back within a couple of hours. If your call is urgent then ensure you leave a voicemail with your name and contact number.
