If you wish to cancel your appointment this must be done at least 48hours before the scheduled appointment. If you cancel within 48 hours you will be liable to cover the full cost of your appointment, you will have 7 days to pay this. If you do not do so a debt collector will be contacted. You will incur further charges if a debt collection service is used. The amount can be paid via internet banking and you will be issued a receipt.

Nymeria UK does not issue refunds, if you are unhappy with the service provided a member of staff will come to fix the problem as soon as they become available. Alternatively you can read our complaints policy at the bottom of this page.

We are insured for all the treatments and services shown or explained on this website. Patch tests are required at least 24 hours before commencing treatments of any kind. If you, the client, wishes not to have a patch test a disclaimer form must be signed and will be kept for our records. If a disclamier form is signed we are not responsible for any reactions a client may incur. By signing the disclaimer form you agree to our terms and conditions.
