Hair Care
All clients will receive a hair & scalp assessment and consultation at the start of each appointment. Any issues or concerns will be raised by staff members where necessary.
For new clients who are booking a colouring service, we do ask that you book a Mandatory metal detox. This removes all metals and product build up from the hair that may react with professional colours. The service can be found under "Add ons" on our booking system.
For damaged hair. If our stylist deems that your hair is damaged (this can be from previous colour damage, heat damage, split ends, water and mineral damage etc) you will be recommended a treatment plan. If hair is severely damaged, several repair appointments might be necessary.
All clients must book a K18 or Olaplex service every 6 - 12 months depending on hair condition. This will be recommended to you by your stylist after the hair assessment.
Hair condition is a top priority for us, as such we expect clients to look after their hair & colour outside of any appointments. Some services may be mandatory depending on severity of damage.
Retail products are available from your stylist. You can ask your stylist about products we stock at your appointment. You can also purchase products via our online store on our booking system (these can be collected or posted to your chosen address)
