Deposit Policy
In order to secure your booking, a 50% deposit is required for all appointments, which is non-refundable at any time. A secure payment link will be sent via text message where you can securely make your payment. The payment link will offer a receipt if you would like one.

Cancellation/Reschedule Policy
At Nymeria, we strive to provide the best service possible and value your time as well as ours. We understand that circumstances can change, but we kindly ask that if you need to cancel your appointment, you do so at least 48 hours in advance. Please note that any appointments cancelled within this 48-hour window will be charged the full service cost.
If you need to reschedule your appointment please do so out of the 48 hour window. If appointments are rescheduled within the 48 hour window we will not be able to honour the transfer of your deposit, a new deposit will be charged and you will be charged the full service cost in line with our cancellation policy.

We understand that things do happen in life that cannot be changed or helped. When you book a service with us we reserve that time out for each individual client and if appointments are rescheduled or cancelled within the 48 hours we may not be able to fill this slot which means our staff do not get paid.

Online booking system
At Nymeria we use an online booking system for ease. The booking system will send automated texts and emails. When you book a service with us you are agreeing to the use of an online booking system, for the booking system to send automated text and email reminders and for the automated follow up emails.

Please note the booking system we use does not offer an "opt out" feature. The booking system company will not use your data and will not contact you outside of what contact we have set up.
