If you have any complaints about the service which you have received please discuss this directly with the stylist at the time of appointment. If you have not expressed your concerns during the appointment before you pay then we will be unable to address the matter further or issue a refund. After your appointment we cannot guarantee that you have not altered the services rendered by your stylist so it is imperative you make your complaints known during your appointment so that your stylist can resolve them. If you'd like to cancel then 48 hours notice will be required. Failure to provide 48 hours notice will incur a fee that is the value of the treatment you booked in.
For bad weather: Any deposits made will not be refunded due to bad weather.
For wedding cancellations:
Cancel 3+ months before wedding date: Deposit will be lost
Cancel 2-3 months before wedding date: 50% of value will be due
Cancel within 1 month of wedding: Entire value will be due
(please note we use a debt collection service, failure to pay may lead to court proceedings, when you book with us you agree to those terms and conditions)
Payments can be made in cash, BAC's, Credit/debit card or Paypal. Both PayPal and BACs must be paid at least 48 hour before the appointment. Cash and debit/credit card can be made at time of appointment. You will be provided a receipt with any method of payment.
